About the Role
Join Adelaide Private Hospital’s dedicated Neurosurgical team at Calvary Adelaide Hospital.
Calvary Adelaide has a specialist Neurosurgical unit, delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing complex neurosurgical procedures. We are seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years’ acute care experience, ideally within surgical or neurosurgical settings, who are committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care.

You’ll play a vital role in:
- Delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred neurosurgical nursing care
- Recognising and responding to acute changes in neurological and clinical conditions
- Managing post-operative neurosurgical patients and complex care needs
- Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrating excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ acute care experience (surgical or neurosurgical experience highly regarded)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-focused approach
- Experience scrubbing for spinal and /or cranial procedures
- Computer literacy and effective time management
- A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to patient-centred care
