Accountability for workforce management, resource allocation, patient flow, and compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement while demonstrating strong clinical leadership

Working collaboratively with Department Managers and the Executive Team to achieve organisational priorities and sustaining safe, high-quality outcomes
About you
-
Current registration with AHPRA
- Proven management experience and leadership of teams
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in public and/or private health sector
- Proven experience in change management, facilitating a positive workplace culture and workforce engagement
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary clinical practice in critical care areas (ICU/CCU/COU)
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to manage key performance indicators within budget
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and constructive relationships.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team with the ability to manage priorities and a busy workload; and
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, working towards same or equivalent.
