Employment details
Positions available: Permanent Full-time
Salary Classification: Nursing Unit Manager Level 2
Remuneration: $69.15 per hour + super + annual leave loading
INCENTIVE: UP TO $2,000 RELOCATION INCENTIVE BY NEGOTIATION
Selection criteria:
Essential:
- Nursing Unit Management or In-Charge experience in an acute/subacute facility and or ambulatory setting and ability to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity.
- Relevant postgraduate management qualifications or experience or working towards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and manage a team in a multidisciplinary environment with a focus on optimising patient flow.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial and human resources.
- Commitment to improving health care through quality improvement and implementation of evidenced based care.
Desirable:
- Demonstrated cancer care experience.
Pre-employment conditions:
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a visa with unlimited rights to work in Australia.
- Successfully complete pre-employment checks. Checks include: reference checks, work rights, criminal history check and WWCC.
- Provide evidence of immunisation as required for the role.
