Kick-start your pharmacy career with Calvary Mater Newcastle. As a Pre-Registration Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience whilst working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment. You will play a crucial role in the assistance of ensuring the safe and efficient distribution of medications, providing medication counselling as well as gaining hands on clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Selection criteria

  • Obtain a Bachelor of Pharmacy/Master of Pharmacy (or equivalent) by commencement of employment
  • Eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Pharmacist prior to commencing employment
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
  • Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

 

Role details

  • Temporary Full-Time (12-month contract)
  • Salary Classification: Pharmacist Grad Unregistered
  • Remuneration: $41.48 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options + RDO's
