About the role
 

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Quality Systems Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract, providing vital coverage during paternity leave. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our quality framework—helping to maintain, streamline, and continuously improve the systems that keep our organisation performing at its best.

From day one, you will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support from a knowledgeable and friendly team who are committed to your development. This is the perfect role for someone who brings experience in Quality Systems, or a keen interest in developing it, especially within the Aged Care sector.

Your main duties will include:
  • Coordinate and maintain Document Management Systems for Aged Care policies and procedures
  • Support internal reporting requirements by preparing and delivering regular reports
  • Oversee quality assurance programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
 
About you
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to work closely within a supportive team
  • Previous experience in Aged Care is highly desirable
  • Familiarity or interest with quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement processes
