About the role
Based at Warabrook this role will work alongside the General Manager to provide day-to-day operational and clinical support and leadership to a network of senior leaders in the service delivery of Aged Care in line with Calvary’s strategic vision for the NSW and QLD regions.
Reporting to the Regional CEO, this is a hands on position, which through excellent leadership and strong communication skills, will manage and develop senior leaders within the region to ensure high quality resident care.
The Regional Support Manager will also provide support for employee and other operational imperatives, including the overall administration, management, employee engagement, financial performance and deliver on key targets and strategic objectives for the region.
About you
You must hold tertiary qualifications in management or a health related discipline
Having knowledge and application of the Aged Care Act, and of the health and aged care sectors is a benefit
A valid drivers licence is required
Business Acumen is essential
Leadership, and people management history is requested.
