About the role
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
What you bring
Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
Min 12 month experience as Registered Nurse
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
Ability to support and lead a multi- disciplinary team
Knowledge on the restrictive practices and behavioural management
Experience in a clinical leadership role with ability to manage day to day clinical issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills
