About the role
As a Registered Nurse at Calvary Muswellbrook Residential Aged Care, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure high‑quality, resident‑focused care while maintaining compliance with legislative and professional standards. This fixed‑term maternity leave cover role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, mission‑based organisation committed to dignity and compassion. You will be part of a close‑knit team delivering care from the heart in the Upper Hunter region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to care staff
- Deliver and coordinate high‑quality, person‑centred care
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and legislation
- Support residents’ wellbeing, safety, and quality of life
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and teams
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated clinical nursing experience in aged care or similar
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of clinical governance and documentation standards
