About the role

As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents. Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Riverside views, located in Tasmania, we currently have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents. 
  • Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected timeframes

About you

  • An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience working as a RN in Aged Care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization
