About the role
As a Registered Nurse at Calvary Albury & District, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality and person-centred care to our residents.
You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, medication management and collaborating closely with care staff and allied health professionals to ensure residents’ physical, emotional and social needs are met.
About you
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
- Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
