Vacancy: Permanent Part-Time Night Shifts – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

About the Role

As the Registered Nurse at Calvary Corymbia, Belrose (NSW), you will provide clinical leadership to care staff and ensure compliance with legislative and accreditation standards. You will oversee resident care delivery, coordinate clinical outcomes and promote a safe, high-quality environment. This role is pivotal in supporting a person-centred approach that enhances the wellbeing and lifestyle of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to care staff
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and legislation
• Coordinate assessments, care planning and documentation
• Liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

About you

• Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or similar setting
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Commitment to mission-based, person-centred care and a desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
