About the role
Calvary Riverina are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Admission, Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetic and Recovery nurses to join our Day Surgery team. We are currently offering flexible Monday to Friday shifts on a casual and part time basis at our Day Procedure unit.
Your main duties will include:
- Providing safe and high-quality nursing care to patients within the perioperative department
- Collaboration and team work within the multidisciplinary team
- Adhering to perioperative, quality and infection control standards
About you
- Demonstrated perioperative or critical care experience
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as both an independent and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
