About the role
Flexible Full time or Part time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary located in Mid North Coast, NSW.
The position of Registered Nurse is an essential part of our integrated team united by our common goal to deliver excellent care, every day. As a Registered Nurse you will be providing clinical and holistic care to our clients.
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
What you bring
- Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Min 12 month experience as Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
- Ability to support and lead a multi- disciplinary team
- Knowledge on the restrictive practices and behavioural management
- Experience in a clinical leadership role with ability to manage day to day clinical issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
