About the role
 
We are looking for Registered Nurses Level 1 to join our team at Calvary St John's Hospital!
 
Permanent and casual roles are available, including short shifts and permanent night duty shifts.
 
Come join us in Tasmania's largest private Rehabilitation facility.
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Provision of general and specialist Rehabilitation nursing requiring a large range of clinical skills
  • Strong focus on goal setting and promotion of independence and carer training
  • General holistic assessment, patient and family education with discharge planning to home the primary goal
About you
  • A patient and family-centred approach to care delivery and discharge planning
  • Competency in clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
  • A wide range of clinical skills and/or willingness to learn
  • A strong commitment to customer service and risk management
  • A commitment to their own learning and quality improvement
  • Registered with APHRA
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in an acute care setting
