About the Role
Position: Permanent Part Time and casual position. Combination of Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts, need to be avaibale to do all these shifts.
Salary: As per EA, hourly rate depends on experience. Rate starting from $41.24 up to $51.93 per hour plus casual loading (for casual positions).
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Aged Care team. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, support staff, and ensure compliance with all legislative and clinical standards. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and enhancing the well-being and lifestyle of our residents.
Muswellbrook is located in the Upper Hunter NSW which is known as the World's famous wine country. Comparatively affordable living where you can choose from town living or a property . It's also only 1 hours and 45 minutes from Newcastle/ Lake Macquarie NSW when you feel like a beach visit as well as only 2 hours and 45 minutes from Sydney.
About you
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) (mandatory)
- Current NDIS check (mandatory)
- High level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
- An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing
- Understanding of and ability to manage human resource issues with effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and use information technology and programs such as Word, Excel, etc. and to learn new skills as required.
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in aged care or health care
