As a Registered Nurse with Outpatient Services, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and appropriate patient care within a patient-focused ambulatory care environment. This role provides the opportunity to work collaboratively across the Medical Centre, Radiation Oncology, and Day Treatment Centre, supporting high-quality care delivery across multiple service areas.
To be successful in this role, applicants will demonstrate recent clinical experience in an acute care setting, a commitment to ongoing professional development and training, and a genuine interest in cancer care.

Employment details
Positions available: Permanent Full-Time (Part-Time will be considered)
Salary Classification: Registered Nurse Year 1 - 8
Remuneration: $37.48 to $52.62 per hour + super + annual leave loading
Selection criteria (Essential)
- Registered Nurse authorised to practise by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 12 months recent experience in cancer nursing or an acute care setting.
- Graduate Certificate in Cancer Nursing or similar or willingness to work towards same.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment, including during periods of high demand and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated well-developed communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Pre-employment conditions:
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a visa with unlimited rights to work in Australia.
- Successfully complete pre-employment checks. Checks include: reference checks, work rights, criminal history check and WWCC.
- Provide evidence of immunisation as required for the role.
