About the role
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Simpson Unit is a dynamic and fast paced unit providing post operative care to adults and children. The successful applicant will be very well supported by a small, cohesive team. This is a permanent part-time role at Calvary St John's Hospital, so come join our wonderful team here at Calvary!
What you bring
AHPRA Registration
Willingness to expand your knowledge base and provide care across a broad range of specialties.
Demonstrated recent clinical experience on a surgical unit
Paediatric experience desirable but not essential
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
