About the role
As a member of the Calvary Home Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience whilst at Calvary Home Care. Assist in planning, assessing and evaluating our clients needs with the help of our multidisciplinary team, to promote positive health outcomes. The Registered Nurse provides clinical support to our clients and collaborates with our support workers to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community. The Support at Home RN will be a key part of our Support at Home tea, working with the Care Leads to deliver excellent care out in the community for our clients, the main priority will be to support the clients and the care leads with assessments and care planning.

About You
- AHPRA Registration and current First Aid Certificate
- Graduate Nurses welcome to apply
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Initiative and the desire to continually improve client care
- Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes
- Candidates with an understanding of the community nursing sector - Support at Home, Department of Veteran Affairs and Commonwealth Home Support Program will be considered favourably
