About the role

Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Kelaston, located in Wendouree, we currently have an opportunity for Registered Nurse to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents. 
• Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.
• Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes

What you bring 

• An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months experience previous experience working as a Registered Nurse (Aged Care is preferred)
• Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
