We are seeking a proactive and professional Senior Administrative Officer to provide high-level support to the Operations Manager across General Medicine and Palliative Care Services at Calvary Mater Newcastle.
About the Role
This role will see you working closely with the Operations Manager, supporting the smooth coordination of daily operations. You will manage diaries and correspondence, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and provide essential administrative support to a busy clinical service.

Positions available: Permanent Part-Time (06fte or 24hpw)
Salary Classification: Administration Officer Level 4 Year 1 - 2
Remuneration: $37.91 to $38.78 per hour + super + annual leave loading
