Excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional with strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills to join a leading health care provider in Newcastle, NSW.
THE ROLE:
The Senior Human Resources (HR) Consultant will provide timely expert advice on HR matters by partnering and consulting with leaders and employees to ensure a high-level HR service delivery across the Hospital. The positions leads and participates in high level and often complex negotiations with staff and employee associations in relation to industrial/employee relations matters.
