About the role
 

The Senior Service Delivery Analyst provides advanced technical support and site ownership, ensuring stable and reliable ICT environments across assigned facilities. 

This role is responsible for resolving complex incidents, supporting frontline staff, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ICT services support safe and effective care delivery. 

 
Your main duties will include:
  • Incident & Request Resolution & project work for clinical and corporate staff
  • Stakeholder Engagement with all
  • Will involve after hours support from time to time
 
About you
  • Demonstrated experience in ICT support within complex environments
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage escalated incidents
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
