About the role
The Service Delivery Analyst provides frontline ICT support, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering a consistent and positive user experience.
Your main duties will include:
- Call Handling & Real-time support
- Incident & Request Resolution
- Maintain good ticket Management & throughput practices
About you
- Experience in ICT support
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage workload and priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
