Supply Officer – 2 Roles Available – Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital, Hobart
- 1 x Full-Time – 38 hours per week
- 1 x Part-Time – 30 hours per week
We are seeking highly motivated Supply Officers to join our Medical Warehouse Operations Team. Successful applicants will require a thorough knowledge of medical supply chains or general warehouse logistics.
As part of this role, you will undertake training on CIA Technology One warehouse management system, including scanning software, and the IPM Patient Manager System. Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure a high standard of work task knowledge in a medical warehouse environment.

About the role:
Calvary Hobart is looking for a friendly and welcoming individual to join our dynamic Supply Department Team. Core responsibilities include picking, packing, goods receipts, imprest scanning, and prosthesis processing across both Lenah Valley and St John’s campuses.
The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and may include customer service support at the Supply Department reception desk when required. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, demonstrates strong time management and problem-solving skills, and is committed to high-quality work in a mission-based organisation. Training on all key processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, goods receipts, and imprest scanning
- Accurate processing of prosthesis case usage and digital record keeping
- Prosthesis rebate coding
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and medical warehouse operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with warehousing software and Microsoft applications (preferred)
- Deliver excellent internal and external customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by the Supply Manager
- Comply with Calvary Work Health and Safety policies, procedures, and instructions
- Uphold the mission-based values of the organisation in all duties
