About the role
Located in Glen Waverley, this is a casual position offering flexibility to work across both morning and afternoon shifts. The role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking adaptable working arrangements while contributing to the delivery of high-quality resident care within a supportive team environment. Flexible availability across shifts will be highly regarded.
Your main duties will include:
- Lead and support the care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
- Administer medications, monitor resident health, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate daily clinical operations, provide staff mentoring, and contribute to quality improvement and compliance with Aged Care Standards.
About you:
- Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Experience working in the aged care sector
- Strong leadership and team coordination skill
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Full work rights in Australia
