About the role
As part of the Patient Services Team, you will be required to provide administrative and operational support to the ward and patient service team. The position holder will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service and performing administrative and operational functions as directed from the nurse manager and patient service manager.
Your main duties will include:
- Provide administration support to the ward, including filing, collation of records
- Admit and Discharge patients, including health fund checks
- Management of incoming calls, including transferring to correct areas
About you
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude
- Administration experience
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Must hold a WWVP card or be willing to obtain one
