About the role
The Employee Administration Officer is responsible for providing accurate and timely administration support across employee change (variations) processes. This is an intensive administration role and requires a high level of organisational, problem solving and communication skills to administer variations processes, generate employment correspondence, liaise with stakeholders and undertake small projects as they arise. This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term position, with the flexibility to be based at any of our offices across Australia.
About you
Previous experience in a high-volume administration role
Ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in a related role or a desire to work in a HR environment advantageous
