- Fixed term opportunity (48 hours per fortnight) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday until 17/3/2026
- Remuneration $34.46 per hour excluding super and salary packaging
About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Transitional Aged Care Services (TACS) team at Calvary Kogarah. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of the service through a variety of clerical tasks including:
- Coordinating admissions and discharges
- Managing enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Data collection and reporting
- Processing financial claims and supporting compliance requirements

About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- High level computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry and reporting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with elderly clients and people living with disability
- A collaborative approach, while being comfortable working independently
- Alignment with Calvary’s Mission and Values
