About you

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the operational management and leadership of nursing staff to ensure the provision of high quality patient and family centred care and nursing excellence at unit level.  

  • Has recovery / anaesthetic experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates good leadership skills 
  • Can utilise effective team building techniques to mentor, support and promote harmonious staff relationships within the anaesthetic and recovery service.
  • A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer focused care.
  • demonstrate a good knowledge base in labour management.

What you bring 

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high level leadership including operational processes relevant to perioperative service provision within a complex and dynamic environment
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the demonstrated ability to manage complex and sensitive issues.
  • A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer focused care.
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
