About you
We are seeking Clinical Nurse Specialist’s with expertise in either Intensive Care or Cardiology to provide specialist clinical support to patients across our ICU, HDU and CCU services.
The purpose of this position is to provide specialist clinical leadership, support, and education within the Critical Care Unit. The Clinical Nurse Specialist works closely with the Clinical Nurse Educator and multidisciplinary team to promote clinical excellence, patient safety, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development.

This role is on a rotating roster, 12 hour shifts. We can also consider 8 hour shifts for the right candidate.
What you bring
- Current AHPRA Registration

Minimum three years’ post-graduate experience in critical care or a high-acuity clinical setting, with relevant qualifications and training.

Demonstrated understanding of critical care workforce development, education, and contemporary clinical practice.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong focus on education, mentoring, and patient-centred care.
