About the Program
12-month, structured transition program with clinical rotations through all 3 areas of Maternity: Post Natal, Level 5 Special Care Nursery and Birthing Suites at 0.8 FTE (negotiable).

Dedicated multi day Orientation Program
Allocated Preceptors for each Graduate
Supernumerary shifts at the commencement of each rotation
No on call for the duration of the Graduate Year
Who We Are Looking For
Recent graduates with a Bachelor of Midwifery and Registered with AHPRA
Less than 3 months of full-time RM experience in Australia or overseas
Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
