Are you finalising your nursing studies and seeking an exciting beginning to your nursing career?
Calvary in Hobart is pleased to offer soon to be Registered and Enrolled Nurse Graduates the opportunity to find out more about our 2027 Graduate Nurse Transition to Practice Program
 
We are placing graduates across our different units:
  • Acute Medical
  • Orthopaedics
  • General Surgical (Adults & Paediatrics) - St Johns Campus (Simpson Unit)
  • General Surgical (Urology, Colorectal, Vascular, Gynaecology) - Lenah Valley Campus
  • Cardiothoracic and Neurosurgical Unit
  • Perioperative Services (Scrub / Scout, Anaesthetics, Recovery)
  • Endoscopy
  • Day Surgery
  • Acute Rehabilitation Services
  • Oncology, Haematology & Palliative Care (Gibson Unit)
  • Opportunity to transfer to our Emergency Department and Critical Care Unit via EOI at 6 months.
Date: Tuesday 30th June 2026
Where: Calvary Lenah Valley Education Centre - 49 Augusta Rd, Lenah Valley TAS 7008
Session 1: 10.00am – 11.00am
Session 2: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Session 3: 4.00pm – 5.00pm
