• Hourly rate $38- $52 dependent on experience
  

• Perform comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments of patients
• Continuously assess/monitor patients condition
• Notify the medical officer of changes as appropriate
• Identify and implement discharge-planning requirements
• Plan appropriate care in consultation with patient and multidisciplinary team 
• Prioritise and implement planned care to achieve expected outcomes of established priorities 

• Demonstrated experience working in recovery 
• AHPRA registration
• Initiative and the desire to continually improve patient care 
• Effective communication , interpersonal and organisational skills 
• Ability to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity as a member of a multidisciplinary team
