About the role

As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.

This role is based at our South Brighton aged care service, offering a supportive team environment and a resident‑focused approach. We are seeking a committed RN to join us, with opportunities to work across both day and night shifts. We currently have several night shifts available and would prefer a candidate who is willing to take these as part of their roster. The position is ideal for someone looking to contribute to high-quality clinical care while supporting broader RN shift coverage.
 

Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services in line with a resident centred model of care 
    • Manage and provide efficient, effective and compassionate care planning and assessment
    • Responsible to ensure medication management is provided in a safe and effective manner in line with legislative requirements and policy
    • Work collaboratively with staff, other health professionals, the resident, their families and Clinical Leadership teams to ensure clinical decisions are based on best practice and positive resident outcomes    

    About you

    • AHPRA Registration and current First Aid Certificate
    • Recent nursing/clinical experience in the last 5 years or evidence of a refresher course
    • Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
    • Initiative and the desire to continually improve client care
    • Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes
    • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
