About the role
 
Your main duties will include:

  • Support the Clinical Manager in the daily operations of the ward

  • Provide guidance to staff in resolving issues and addressing patient concerns

  • Demonstrate strong organisational abilities and effective leadership skills

  • Actively participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audit processes

  • Collaborate effectively with clinical and support service teams across departments

About you
  • Have current registration with AHPRA  and at least 3 years post graduate RN experience
  • Committed to promoting the mission and values of the Little Company of Mary with patient-centred quality care as the primary focus of service
  • Effective working relationships with VMO’s, Clinical and Support Services and Staff
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service knowledge and practice
