About the role
 
We are looking for a registered nurse on Hynes ward at Calvary Adelaide Hospital, our ward consists of Colorectal, general surgery, plastics, bariatric procedures and Hepatobiliary surgeries. We require a nurse with experience in surgical management of the post operative patient who can use their clinical skills to maximise best patient outcomes. The position is 0.8FTE  across all shifts on a permanent basis. 
 
Your main duties will include:
  • Direct patient care and assessments
  • recognising and responding to changing patient needs
  • team work and great time management
About you
  • Registered nurse with experience in surgical nursing.
  • Current registration with APHRA 
  • experience in colorectal nursing preferred
