About the Role

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with Endoscopy experience? We’re seeking a motivated Level 2 RN to join our dynamic Endoscopy team on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll deliver safe, high-quality care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, using your clinical expertise and attention to detail to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in line with clinical protocols and standards
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor to Level 1 RNs, assisting with training and orientation
• Lead or contribute to quality-improvement initiatives and ensure infection-control compliance
• Support daily coordination and smooth operation of Endoscopy unit activities
• Promote patient safety and deliver clear, compassionate education

About You

• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum two years’ post-registration experience, ideally in Endoscopy or another procedural setting
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) trained
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety and Calvary’s mission
