About the role

As a Home Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in providing crucial administrative support to the Home Manager and the entire Home. Dive into a variety of tasks, from staffing coordination to roster administration, overseeing office supplies, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service to key stakeholders.

Your main duties will include:

  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, where you'll be the face of the Calvary Brand in every interaction with both internal and external customers
  • Showcase and champion the Home and organization in a positive and professional light, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere
  • Elevate the customer service experience for key stakeholders, leaving a lasting positive impression
  • Embrace the role as the welcoming ambassador for the Home, creating a warm and customer-centric environment for all visitors

About you

  • Experience in Administration and Rostering (aged care or healthcare desirable)
  • Human Force experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases, payroll and rostering systems.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills 
  • Collaborative, confidential and professional teamwork.
