About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered nurse with strong leadership skills and interest in career progression, to apply for a Level 2 Registered Nurse position on Medical Ward.
Your main duties will include:
- Promotes and participates in team building and decision-making.
- Subscribes to personal / professional development and facilitates the personal / professional development of others
- Initiates and implements quality nursing care informed by best practice.
- Provides advanced clinical care to patients.
- Uses effective communication skills when interacting with patients, significant others and other health professionals. Acts as a client advocate, collaborating to achieve optimum health outcomes.
About you:
- Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collegiate team environment
- Recent experience in the nursing speciality related to the position, including relevant advanced clinical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates effective leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
