We are calling RN’s with a minimum of one year’s full-time experience working as a Registered Nurse. Moving into a speciality such as endoscopy will require confidence and a positive attitude. We have a very supportive team in this very fast and unique speciality.
The Endoscopy unit is responsible for servicing Launceston and surrounding areas with much needed upper and lower digestive system screening (Gastroscopies and Colonoscopies), we also screen lungs and bladders (Bronchoscopies and Cystoscopies). This unit is a fast paced unit with a very good team environment. Joining a speciality is a different aspect of nursing that like all nursing is very rewarding.
We have two full time positions (negotiable). Shifts can start as early as 0700h and can finish as late as 1900h, Monday to Friday, Shifts will be rostered as a mix of 6,8 and 10h shifts to fill contracted hours.

What you bring
- Minimum one year of Nursing experience post new grad program
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
